sandals, sunburns, spinach, and shop talk

My first bowl of home grown spinach! Looks like we'll be having spinach salad for dinner on this 90 degree day! Who knew we would be experiencing such hot days in May. But here we are, roasting and playing outside as much as we can first thing in the morning, so we can hole up and tend our sun burns in the afternoon.
Oh, and sew of course!
The shop is finally open again!
It will take me a few days to get all my items fully loaded, so check back often for new updates!
Did you know you can add etsy shops to your RSS feeder? That way you never miss an update.

This little flock of birds made from my new, very own pattern, is ready and waiting for your baby mobile, bookshelf, wall hanging, etc.

Plus you'll find coasters, artist rolls, blank books, and bowls.

Thank you to those of you who inquired about the First Thursday event I participated in a couple weeks ago. It was so much fun that we've decided to do it every First Thursday this summer. Better get back to that sewing machine!!

  5. I bought my leaf lettuce seedlings the other day at the market and right now I think that if I plant it this weekend, I might have a small fresh salad early June!
