Bijoux

n. pl. bi·joux (-zh, -zhz)
A small, exquisitely wrought trinket.

One of the first blogs I fell in love with was Heather Bailey's Hello my name is Heather .

Everything she touches is perfect by my estimation. I remember when her first fabric line Fresh Cut came out. I looked at the swatches online and swooned nearly everyday. When I saw her line in a local store I could harly contain myself. I love her designs. Everything about her work makes me happy.

But still...I never bought anything because I knew what I would do. I would buy the fabric and it would take it's place in my ever growing stash, afraid to be cut.

I can't cut things I love.

Unless they have a very specific purpose.

I finally found a reason to buy some Heather Bailey Bijoux and it is sitting on my desk right this very minute making me feel giddy.

I can't wait to show you what I'll do with it.
