Fear less, hope more,
eat less, chew more,
whine less, breathe more,
talk less, say more,
love more, and all good things will be yours.
For my New Year's Resolution this year I'm not going to try to lose 10 pounds or start a new exercise regime; for obvious reasons. Instead I read the quote above, which I'd like to refer to often and try to incorporate into my life on a daily basis. I'm hoping I can do at least one of these things a day. Not one would be a waste of my time.
